Lead In Drinking Water Detection Equipment

We lend the ANDalyze  1100 meter, and the needed components to search for lead in the drinking water.

IT WILL TAKE YOU HALF AN HOUR TO LEARN HOW TO USE THIS DEVICE – DO NOT TRY TO DO IT FASTER OR YOUR RESULTS WILL NOT BE TRUSTWORTHY.

These tests cost about $8.00 each.   Before spending that money, it is important that you watch the following two Youtube videos totaling 10 minutes viewing time:

The second video makes reference to calibrating the device for use at a new location. YOU MUST CALIBRATE THE DEVICE BEFORE CONDUCTING YOUR TESTS, OR YOUR RESULTS MAY BE MISLEADING OR WRONG.   CALIBRATION TAKES TWO OF THE $8.00 TEST KITS ($16.00)

You can see how one school district used this equipment at

This tool is included in the kit of pollution detection equipment we lend to students. Each single test costs $8.00, so careful planning is required. Since we are a struggling not-for-profit, we cannot offer to lend many free tests to any one group of students. Depending on our finances, and yours, we may negotiate about who pays for how many tests.
